Paballo is a qualified Pharmacist with more than 15 years of experience across Community Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Distribution.
In addition to extensive pharmaceutical industry knowledge, Paballo expanded into the Medical Device industry in 2024 and holds IRCA and CQI Certified Lead Auditor credentials for ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
Having completed more than 40 certification audits throughout South Africa, Paballo brings valuable practical insight into regulatory compliance, operational improvement and quality management implementation.
